Abstract: The Hotel Digital Operation and Management major of the Hospitality Institute of Sanya closely focuses on the economic construction and social development needs of the country and Hainan region, and constantly explores and innovates the student training mode of industry-education integration through joint cooperation with enterprises, building a practical teaching platform and system, setting up a quality evaluation mechanism, innovating the construction of teachers, and improving their abilities to serve the society. Bringing together the interaction of schools, enterprises and industries to consolidate students’ basic skills, improving their vocational ability and sustainable development ability to meet the goal of student profile, and to let the graduates become high-quality, skilled talents for the hospitality industry.
