Research on the Construction of New Engineering Comprehensive Practice Course in Local Colleges and Universities

Abstract: According to the requirements of new engineering construction in local universities and the successful experience of capstone courses in foreign countries, this paper discusses how to improve the quality of professional talents training in new engineering courses in local universities by taking comprehensive practical course construction as the starting point. Objective docking local industry position requirements, curriculum integration frontier disciplines knowledge and local industry new technology, curriculum implementation based on "the combination of theory and practice, the base and innovation, the combination of in-class and after-class combination, the combination of online and offline", combined with the academic assessment process evaluation and summative evaluation, combined with the case on the construction of comprehensive practice curriculum process. Through the network questionnaire survey and the comparative analysis of course results, it is proved that the comprehensive practice course construction has achieved better results.
