The application of case method is beneficial to the cultivation of students’ theoretical knowledge, professional skills and comprehensive quality. “Double-qualified” teachers are more familiar with the types of work tasks, the contents of work scenes and the teaching of tacit knowledge, so they can make full use of the advantages of case method and improve the quality of teaching. Taking the course of labor relationship management as an example, this paper describes the concrete process of implementing case method by “double-qualified” teachers, and the methods of questionnaire survey and individual interview, the results show that the “double-qualified” teachers adopt the case method to achieve good results. The case method is not only conducive to the training of “double-qualified” teachers, but also to the development and application of curriculum training software.

Objective To explore the application effect of blended teaching in Fundamental Nursing based on post standards. Methods Cluster sampling method was adopted to select 2018 and 2019 undergraduate nursing students of our university as the research objects, among which 329 students of 2018 were selected as the control group. Traditional teaching mode was adopted for teaching. 324 students of 2019 grade were selected as the experimental group, adopting the blended teaching method based on post standards. The test scores, communication and humanistic care ability scores of the two groups were compared, and the teaching effect of the experimental group was evaluated after the curriculum reform. Results The scores of theoretical score, communication ability and humanistic care ability of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05), but there was no statistical significance in the final skills scores of the two groups. In the teaching effect evaluation of the experimental group, 66.99% of the students like the combination of online and offline teaching, and more than half of the students are satisfied with the teaching resources and evaluation methods. , more than 90% of the students thought they were inspired and their abilities were improved to some extent through learning, and their overall satisfaction with the teaching reform reached 81.1%. Conclusion Blended teaching based on post standards can improve the theoretical teaching effect and the communication and humanistic care ability of nursing students.

After analyzing the characteristics and teaching status of fieldbus technology course, combining with the construction standard of “golden course” and the OBE concept, the reform of teaching objectives, teaching content, teaching mode and evaluation mode is explored. From the perspective of talent training program, the three levels of advanced ability training objectives are formulated. Based on the OBE concept, the course content is reorganized with the “three-way integration ”mode, the teaching mode of “PDPS+ student-led” is explored, and the assessment and evaluation mechanism highlighting classroom effectiveness is formed, which makes a beneficial exploration for the construction of applied “gold course”.
