Abstract: Implementing a modern apprenticeship system and promoting the integration of production and education are the needs of my country's construction of a high-quality talent team. Currently, crop production majors in higher vocational colleges are facing the difficulties of loose cooperation between production and education in the process of modern apprenticeship integration of production and education, irregular double-tutor team construction, and insufficient guarantees for teaching quality management. In the process of talent training, how to effectively deepen the integration of production and education with modern apprenticeship for the crop production technology professional group to optimize the route choice for cultivating high-quality "three rural" industrial technical skills talents is worthy of in-depth discussion and research.
