Abstract: Setting up employment guidance courses in independent colleges is very important for students to improve the quality of employment and the quality of school students. However, at present, the teaching effect caused by the teaching mode dominated by teachers is not satisfactory and does not meet the expectations, how to improve employability is a realistic problem in front of colleges and universities. This paper analyzes the application of "6S" teaching reform in college employment guidance course, so as to help college students grow into talents better and have more advantages in the fierce employment competition.
