Abstract: In the current environment of "Three-wide Education", it is particularly important for universities to cultivate innovative and entrepreneurial talents with the craftsman spirit based on the fundamental goal of cultivating people through virtue. From the perspective of the craftsman spirit, under the guidance of the OBE concept and the rail transit major as an example, this paper discusses how to build a “four-in-one” innovative and entrepreneurial talent training system integrated into the craftsman spirit. This paper puts forward “four-in-one mode” which include value of talent training, knowledge learning, ability training, innovative and entrepreneurial talent training, combined with the characteristics of innovative and entrepreneurial talent, through various kinds of innovation and project practice ways and methods, this paper builds the four-in-one talent training system for innovative and entrepreneurial talent into the craftsman spirit, provides a useful reference for the research and reform of the talent training mode of innovative and entrepreneurial in higher vocational colleges.
