Research and Practice of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education for Hearing Impaired College Students with Deep Integration of Specialty and Entrepreneurship—— Take the Arts and Crafts Design Major of Shandong Vocational College of Special Education as an Example

Abstract: In addition to the strong support of the society and the government, the solution to the problem of difficult employment of the sick should enable them to acquire the ability of innovation and entrepreneurship through vocational education, better return to the society, participate in social life equally and improve their social status. Taking the arts and crafts design major of Shandong Vocational College of special education as an example, this paper finds out the current situation and existing problems of innovation and entrepreneurship education for hearing-impaired students through a questionnaire survey, and explores the "Trinity" entrepreneurship education model of "professional education + vocational skills + employment guidance".
