Exploration and Practice of Construction the “Four Three Four Five” Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education Model in Local Colleges and Universities

Abstract: Huaiyin Institute of Technology combines the general education and professional education with the innovation and entrepreneurship education to construct a new education mode. The aim of the new innovation and entrepreneurship education mode is to cultivate high-quality applied talents with innovative and entrepreneurial abilities. With the educational idea of "full coverage, full chain, all-round and full benefit", the “progressive three-step” curriculum system and the innovation and entrepreneurship practice system of four-dimensional linkage between the learning, training, competition and entrepreneurship at the popularization, training and elite levels are reconstructed, respectively. Furthermore, a multi-dimensional collaborative education platform for government, industry, universities, research institutions and some innovation and entrepreneurship institutions are created, which forms a new innovative and entrepreneurial education mode with the characteristics of local universities.
