Study on the Construction of University Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education Faculty Construction Based on the Integration of Alumni Resources

Abstract: It is of great significance to develop that innovation and entrepreneurship education of university students not only to accelerate the transformation of national economic development mode, to build an innovative country, but also to deepen the teaching reform, improve the quality of personnel training, and promote the overall development and employment of college students.However, the university innovation and entrepreneurship education has a small number of professional teachers, lack of practical experience, and single teaching mode.This article is based on the integration of university alumni resources, this paper explores the significance of university alumni in the construction of the tutor team of innovation and entrepreneurship education for college students, and puts forward suggestions for the construction of innovation and entrepreneurship tutor team, providing reference and reference for the construction of education mentor team of university students.
