Abstract: ： In the context of epidemic prevention and control, the problems of experimental practice and difficulties in cloud-based innovation and entrepreneurship have emerged in domestic "dual innovation education". From the perspective of "dual innovation in the cloud", the concept of constructing "dual innovation in the cloud" ecosystem in domestic universities, which is applicable to epidemic prevention and control and has forward-looking development potential, is derived through literature survey, case analysis and logical reasoning. At the same time, the development path is planned and expected to be analyzed based on the current situation of dual innovation education in domestic universities, and the final design of "dual innovation + cloud-based dual innovation" biosphere in domestic universities is a necessary transformation under the background of the double attack of global unprecedented changes and epidemic prevention and control, and it is also a necessary transformation of "cloud-based dual innovation" ecosystem in domestic universities. This is a prerequisite for the steady development of the "cloud-based dual-innovation" ecosystem in domestic universities.
