Abstract: Since the concept of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation" was put forward, colleges and universities have always attached great importance to the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents. In order to better cultivate the innovation and entrepreneurship literacy of agricultural and forestry professionals, this paper will carry out relevant analysis, mainly discuss the current situation of talent training, put forward corresponding training modes and strategies, and finally introduce the training effect of the mode combined with cases. Adopting the modes and strategies in this paper can effectively strengthen the innovation and entrepreneurship literacy of the professional talents, make the talents meet the requirements of entrepreneurship and innovation background, and inject fresh blood into the industry and society.
