Exploration on the Innovation of Practical Teaching System of Urban Rail Transit Operation Management Specialty in Higher Vocational Colleges——Take the Subway “Order Class” as an Example

Abstract: Combined with the training characteristics of "order class" of urban rail transit operation management specialty in Suzhou Industrial Park Vocational and Technical College, this paper explores the innovation of practical teaching system of urban rail transit operation management specialty in higher vocational colleges. Based on the background of school enterprise cooperation of urban rail operation management specialty, this paper analyzes the problems and deficiencies in the correspondence between enterprise needs and practical teaching system; It is proposed to pay attention to the cultivation of professional quality in constructing the benign relationship between enterprise demand and talent training, strengthen the training system of "integration of theory and practice, docking of courses and posts", and innovate the school enterprise cooperation mode to further improve the cultivation of comprehensive operation and management talents, so as to meet the requirements of high-quality and professional compound talents.
