Research on the Practice Path of Labor Education for College Students Based on Multi-Center Governance Theory

Abstract: In the new era, college students have the characteristics of obvious individuality, more pragmatic ideals and beliefs, more open ideology. Labor education is a component of my country’s excellent traditional culture, an important content of college students’ ideological and political education, and one of the main contents of the overall development of morality, intelligence, physical education, and art. It is of great significance to implement the "five educations" simultaneously, improve the comprehensive quality of college students. Grasp the concept and connotation of labor education in colleges and universities in the new era, clarify the significance and value of labor education for college students, from the perspective of multi center governance theory, proceed from the three main bodies of colleges, families and college students, and explore the advantages of labor education for college students on the basis of inheriting and carrying forward the excellent traditional culture of labor education. The path of practice provides ideas for improving the country’s cultural soft power and realizing the goal of an educational power as soon as possible.
