Abstract: At present, most of the industry-university-research cooperation in China stays at the level of technical exchange. The conversion rate of scientific and technological achievements is low, and it is difficult to realize the transformation from research results to industrial resources. The cooperative technology innovation of industry-university-research in universities under the mode of innovation and entrepreneurship takes marketization as the ultimate goal. It can strengthen the purpose and stability of all links of the industry-university-research cooperation, improve the effectiveness of cooperation, and bring technological innovation and practical industrial value. Based on the analysis of the cooperative technology innovation of industry-university-research in universities under the mode of innovation and entrepreneurship, this paper mainly analyzes the adverse factors from the perspective of universities, and puts forward countermeasures.
