Abstract: The course of physical education and health in vocational colleges not only plays an important role in promoting students' physical health and establishing lifelong sports consciousness, but also helps to improve the adaptability, coordination and survival of students in vocational colleges. Through exploring skilled society under the background of vocational colleges and universities sports teaching reform and practice, in order to explore the physical education teaching in raising way and function of persons with professional qualification attainment, Linyi TechnicianInstitute is in the sports teaching content and method reform practice, put forward the professional colleges and universities sports teaching goal, content and method reform mode, the aim is to provide valuable reference for PE teaching reform in vocational colleges.
