Abstract: Innovation is the first driving force for development. National development needs to constantly seek innovation, while the enterprises are faced with fierce market competition, they also need to be guided by innovation in order to continuously improve their market competitiveness. This article takes the Chongqing Polycomp International Co., Ltd. (CPIC) as the research object, and deeply discusses the development and application of CPIC in the process of innovation after the introduction of TRIZ innovation method, as well as the challenges in the application process. Through the establishment of a promotion team, the organization of centralized training and learning in batches, the division of project groups, and the formulation of promotion mechanisms, applicaes TRIZ innovation methods.
