Research on the Training Mode of Graduate Students' Innovative Practice Ability

Abstract: Talent is an important support for the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. The great changes unprecedented in a century has put forward higher requirements for talent training, and graduate education has entered a high quality stage. This paper aims to study how to improve the quality of talent education by strengthening the cultivation of graduate students' innovation ability. According to the basic situation, outstanding problems and current background of postgraduate education, this paper discusses the necessity of strengthening the training of postgraduate innovative thinking and ability. By summarizing the methods of improving the innovation ability of graduate students at home and abroad, combining with our own exploration and practice, this paper puts forward some concrete measures to improve the quality of graduate education from the perspective of strengthening the cultivation of innovation ability.
