Research on the Improvement of Higher Vocational Teachers' Information Teaching Ability Based on TPACK

Abstract: With the continuous integration of information technology in the field of education, as well as the deepening of technical and skilled personnel training, information teaching ability has become the core and connotation of the current teachers' ability development, but also an important factor affecting the school reform and development. The TPACK model provides reference for the cultivation of teachers' information teaching ability. Based in higher vocational colleges, TPACK model as the guidance, in the form of a questionnaire of four vocational school in Hebei province have investigated the current situation of the implementation of information technology teaching ability, aiming at the problems, combined with the TPACK model, put forward the four stages of progressive information-based teaching mode, improve the capacity and implementation of a path for the details.
