Abstract: Improving college students' entrepreneurship education model around regional innovation and development can effectively improve the success rate of college Students' entrepreneurship, promote the accurate supply of entrepreneurship education to regional innovation and development, and promote colleges and universities to better serve regional innovation and development. College Students' entrepreneurial ability is mainly composed of entrepreneurial basic quality, entrepreneurial concept quality, industrial technology quality, entrepreneurial personality traits, team cooperation quality and other indicators. Regional innovation capability is mainly evaluated by technological innovation input, technological innovation output, environmental innovation, institutional innovation and other indicators. There are goal fit, industry fit, development model fit and value fit between college students' entrepreneurial ability and regional innovation ability. In order to serve regional innovation and development, we can improve college students' entrepreneurship education from four aspects: market-oriented cultivation of college students' entrepreneurship ability, practical oriented construction of interdisciplinary entrepreneurship specialty, flexible applied entrepreneurship curriculum design and experienced practical entrepreneurship education teacher training.
