Research on the Mechanism of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in Colleges and Universities Based on the Collaborative Education of Internal and External Tutors—— A Case Study of College of Geomatics and Geoinformation, Guilin University of Technology

Abstract: With the continuous development of China's innovation and entrepreneurship ecological system, scholars' research on innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities is more in-depth, and the construction of innovation and entrepreneurship education faculty is a crucial part of the construction of innovation and entrepreneurship education mechanism in colleges and universities. This paper explores a new mode of innovation and entrepreneurship education and builds a new pattern of "three-in-one education" of innovation and entrepreneurship education from the perspective of building collaborative education of mentors inside and outside the university. Taking the School of Surveying, Mapping and Geographic Information of Guilin University of Technology as an example, this paper expounds the significance of collaborative education of mentors inside and outside the university in the construction of innovation and entrepreneurship education mechanism. It also discusses and thinks about the selection and management of tutors, the effectiveness of collaborative education, and the policy of incentive assessment.
