    The Professional Standards for Kindergarten Teachers regulates the evaluation criteria for the ability of kindergarten teachers from three aspects, namely professional concept and teacher ethics, professional knowledge and professional ability. Based on this, kindergarten teachers should develop practice-oriented and targeted courses in combination with professional courses and the development needs of society and students.     Educational informatization is an important strategic plan in China. Micro-lesson is a novel form for online distance teaching, and one of the tools of online and offline hybrid teaching. In senior medical education, the abstract and complex characteristics bring challenges to the teaching of pediatric genetic disease. In order to explore whether micro-lesson can help students learn the course of pediatric genetic diseases and to collect their suggestions, we performed micro-lesson to assist the teaching of phenylketonuria course and conducted an online questionnaire survey among students. The results showed that the majority of students believe that micro-lesson is helpful for pre-class preview, in-class understanding, key and difficult learning, and after-class review. The students' response and willingness to use micro-lesson for pre-class preview is stronger than after-class review. The students' feedback suggested potential directions for continuous improvement of this new form of teaching. This study shows that the combination of online and offline teaching with micro-lesson can help improving the teaching quality of pediatric genetic disease courses.

    Domestic SIYB entrepreneurship training started late and developed rapidly, but in which problems continue to appear.     The college public-innovation space is a complex ecosystem serving innovation and entrepreneurship education and industrial incubation, which has developed vigorously in recent years. However, there are still some problems restricting its development, such as disconnection between operation and market, serious homogenization and so on. Starting from the function and positioning of the college public-innovation space, it is of practical significance to build a double spiral rising public-innovation space for talent training and project incubation. Relying on the double spiral rising model, Northeastern University has integrated innovation and entrepreneurship education with industrial development to create a full-space and professional “Dongchuang Space” as the outstanding entrepreneur growth system.
