Abstract: The Professional Standards for Kindergarten Teachers regulates the evaluation criteria for the ability of kindergarten teachers from three aspects, namely professional concept and teacher ethics, professional knowledge and professional ability. Based on this, kindergarten teachers should develop practice-oriented and targeted courses in combination with professional courses and the development needs of society and students. Today there are five obvious deficiencies in the curriculum system of preschool education majors in the curriculum system of higher vocational colleges, such as the mismatch between curriculum objectives and teaching practice, the inconsistency between curriculum development and students' needs, the inconsistency between curriculum content and social development trends, the method does not meet the requirements of modern curriculum, and the response of teaching evaluation is not timely. In order to alleviate the above problems, it is necessary to clarify teaching objectives based on core literacy, develop teaching courses based on students' needs, determine teaching content based on the development situation, improve teaching methods based on educational reform, and carry out the reform of teaching evaluation.
