Abstract: Modern apprenticeship system is an important measure to promote the high-quality development of vocational education. Apprenticeship training in enterprises is naturally inseparable from the deep participation of enterprises. However, in the specific implementation of China's modern apprenticeship system, there is often a lack of motivation for enterprises to participate.
