Abstract: Innovation which powers the global technological and economic progress, is the general trend of the world development. Innovation and entrepreneurship education is to stimulate the initiative of independent innovation of college students and provide a steady stream of youthful power with ideals, responsibilities and abilities for the development of national innovation. The innovation and entrepreneurship training program for college students is an important carrier for deepening the innovation and entrepreneurship education reform in college. Xi'an Jiaotong University focus on improving students' innovative spirit, entrepreneurial consciousness and ability by constructing three-level innovation training programs at the national, provincial and university levels, along with university and college co-management mode. It has played an exemplary and leading role for universities in the process of cultivating high-level innovative and entrepreneurial talents needed by the construction of an innovative country.
