Abstract: The scientific and technological innovation team of higher vocational colleges is an important part of the scientific and technological innovation system of higher vocational colleges. Strengthening the construction and cultivation of scientific and technological innovation team is the key to improve the scientific research level, innovation ability and service economy of higher vocational colleges. At present, many scientific and technological innovation teams have been set up in higher vocational colleges according to the needs, but there are still many problems, such as low awareness and satisfaction degree of the team and low participation enthusiasm. Based on the analysis of the practical problems existing in the construction of higher vocational science and technology innovation team, this paper discusses the effective ways of the construction of science and technology innovation team, so as to provide reference for improving the operational effectiveness of higher vocational science and technology innovation team.
