Abstract: College students' reasonable career planning can promote their self-awareness and clarify their career goals as soon as possible. While improving students' professional skills, higher vocational colleges actively raise relevant resources and do a good job in career planning education, which can help students improve their employability and entrepreneurship. It is of great significance to improve the employment rate and employment quality. This paper mainly makes an in-depth research and analysis on some problems faced by the current career planning education of civil engineering students, and puts forward relevant suggestions and solutions, so as to lay a solid foundation for improving the social competitiveness of graduates.
