Research on Cultivation Mechanism of College Students' Entrepreneurial Ability based on Competency Model

Abstract: With the number of college graduates increasing year by year and the social and economic development, the country's demand for talent is also gradually changing, colleges and universities undertake the important task of training innovative and entrepreneurial talents, the concept of “mass entrepreneurship” is deeply rooted in the people's mind. In recent years, the number of college students involved in entrepreneurship has been increasing. This research expounds the concept of entrepreneurial competence, summarizes the current situation of entrepreneurship education pattern in colleges and universities, analyzes the main problems of college students' entrepreneurial competency, and connecting with the competency model, put forward the our country college students' entrepreneurial competence training mechanism, so as to promote college students' entrepreneurial ability, promote students undertaking the work carries out.
