Abstract: Building an open and collaborative teacher education system is the objective law of teacher education development. The preschool education major in higher vocational education, which is at the intersection of the three fields of higher vocational education, teacher education, and preschool education, undertakes the important task of cultivating local kindergarten teachers. It must change its development thinking and keep pace with the times. We will further deepen the reform of teacher education. From the establishment of collaborative planning mechanism, management and operation mechanism, value recognition mechanism, incentive power mechanism, support and guarantee mechanism, cross-departmental overall coordination mechanism, evaluation and supervision accountability mechanism, etc., build a "trinity" of higher vocational colleges, local governments, and kindergartens the collaborative operation mechanism of teacher education in higher vocational colleges provides new ideas and strategies for teacher education in higher vocational colleges.
