Research on the Talent Training Mode of New Energy Three Education Reform in Higher Vocational Colleges under the “1+X” System——Takes the Pilot Work of “1+X” Certificate System of Guangxi Ecological Engineering Vocational and Technical College as an Example

Abstract

Abstract: The pilot work of “1+X” certificate system proposed in the Implementation Plan of National Vocational Education Reform is an important institutional innovation to deepen the training mode of complex technical and skilled personnel, evaluation mode and improve the quality of talent training. The article expounds a series of practices and explorations made by the pilot colleges from the reform of “teachers, teaching materials and teaching law” with practical work cases, and lists the work measures and results of deepening the integration of industry and education based on “book and certificate integration” and “combination of education and training” based on the “1+X” training work.
