Abstract: “1+X” certificate system is an important innovation of talent training in the field of vocational education, an effective way to improve the quality of talent training in higher vocational education, and an important system to implement the fundamental task of moral cultivation. This research from “1” and “X” in the internal logic relationship between put forward under the system of “1+X” certificate, innovative talents cultivation model, and implement path of innovative talents training mode from determine the personnel training objectives, explore the profound integration mode, promote the reform of the “three religions”, establishing the credit bank information platform and so on four aspects. It provides reference for the implementation of “1+X” certificate system in higher vocational colleges in the new era.
