Research on Practical Teaching Quality Standard of Preschool Education Specialty

Abstract: Preschool education is an important cornerstone of the national education system, and preschool education is the basic national development strategy. Under the background of population structure change, the society puts forward higher requirements for the specialization of preschool education talents. The transformation of the research paradigm of teacher education also requires attention to the generation of practical teaching knowledge of normal university students, so practicality is an important focus of pre-service training of outstanding kindergarten teachers. This paper mainly discusses how to cultivate early childhood educators with outstanding practical ability and solid professional core qualities through constructing professional practice teaching quality standards and related evaluation system in the pre-service training stage of preschool education major in colleges and universities.
