    After years development of entrepreneurship education in university, it presents the feature of abundant in quantity and versatile in format. The capability of founding a startup and positive attitude to entrepreneurship increased steadily. Due to the fast-pace of setting up entrepreneurship courses, lacking proper-matched tutors, limited supporting system, and the job-hunting oriented organizer make the entrepreneurship education stay in the superficial level rather than pursuing the essence of its mission. Observed the pattern of entrepreneurship education organizer, we found an interesting point by adopting office of technology as main partner in doing the entrepreneurship education. Through the questionnaire survey, it has been found that prominent problems exist in the current innovation and entrepreneurship education for English majors including the single mode of innovation and entrepreneurship courses and the backward development of practical teaching system and teaching staff for innovation and entrepreneurship education. That has impaired the logical connection between English professional education and innovation and entrepreneurship education. Therefore, in an attempt to promote the integration of English professional education and innovation and entrepreneurship education and improve the quality of cultivating application-oriented English talents, countermeasures are put forward in four aspects. First, develop the concept of integrating innovation and entrepreneurship education with professional education. Second, construct an embedded curriculum system. Third, push the development of practice teaching system and fourth, promote the training and development of innovation and entrepreneurship teacher staff.

This paper finds out the problems existing in the innovation and entrepreneurship of college graduates, analyzes the causes of the problems, and explores the effective ways to promote the innovation and entrepreneurship of college graduates by taking the technology business incubator as the platform, such as improving the awareness of innovation and entrepreneurship through training and guidance, giving high-quality guidance through the excellent entrepreneurial tutor teams, promoting innovation and entrepreneurship through practical training platforms, and promoting the development of entrepreneurial chains through a good ecological environment.

    With the development of digital economy, the use of digital equipment plays an important role in helping farmers get rid of poverty and narrow the gap between urban and rural areas. Starting from the practical problem of helping farmers get rid of poverty and become rich, this paper takes farmers' entrepreneurs as the research object, and analyzes the relationship between digital literacy and farmers' content entrepreneurship. Empirical analysis shows that the improvement of information data literacy, digital content creation literacy, problem-solving literacy and digital literacy related to professional technology use ability has a positive impact on farmers' entrepreneurial intention, and entrepreneurial intention has a significant positive impact on entrepreneurial behavior. That is, digital literacy and entrepreneurial intention have a significant positive impact on content entrepreneurship. In view of the fact that the improvement of digital literacy has a significant positive impact on farmers' poverty alleviation through content entrepreneurship, this paper finally puts forward some suggestions for the improvement of farmers' digital literacy.
