Abstract: In recent years, various universities in our country are actively exploring new talent training models and management models. The college system has become a useful exploration of innovative talent training models in Chinese universities. The article takes the "Craftsman College" of Taiyuan University of Technology as an example, explores the construction and development of the university's new college system education model, shares the exploration practice and experience enlightenment of the cultivation of elite innovative talents in undergraduate education, and strengthens the resources for innovation and entrepreneurship education, the effective integration and sharing of the company provides services for the strategy of building an innovative country and a talent-powered country.
