Abstract: Under the background of new era, in order to promote the quality and effect of college students cultivate, university education management workers need based on the cultivation of the students and the development of thinking, the humanistic care into student education management. Based on the application of humanistic care in college student education management as the breakthrough point, first briefly expounds the humanistic care in college student education management, the necessity of implementing, and combining the actual education management work of colleges and universities, analyzes the humanistic concern in the education of university students management on the implementation of the status quo, and then based on the requirement of practical work, from the perspectives of students' needs, students' life, management system, evaluation system, cultural atmosphere and humanistic characteristics, this paper puts forward some countermeasures for the implementation of humanistic care in the management of college students' education, expecting to be helpful to the vast number of teachers.
