Practice and Exploration of Ideological and Political Education to Enhance the Innovation Ability of Economics and Management College Students

Abstract: It is the objective need to cultivate the economic and management college students with innovative ability to adapt to the new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial revolution. The in-depth development of ideological and political education can alleviate the problems of utilitarian motivation, simplified process and short-term effect in the process of innovation and entrepreneurship of economics and management college students, and comprehensively improve the innovation ability of economics and management college students from the dimensions of motivation guidance, process incentive and effect improvement. Through strengthening the guidance of school value, building a school enterprise cooperation platform and creating a campus innovation atmosphere, it helps to play the supporting role of ideological and political education in improving the innovation ability of economic and management college students.
