Research on Promoting Innovation and Entrepreneurship of College Graduates based on Technology Business Incubator

Abstract

Abstract: Science and technology business incubator is an innovation and entrepreneurship service organization. Relying on this platform, it can effectively promote the employment of college graduates. This paper finds out the problems existing in the innovation and entrepreneurship of college graduates, analyzes the causes of the problems, and explores the effective ways to promote the innovation and entrepreneurship of college graduates by taking the technology business incubator as the platform, such as improving the awareness of innovation and entrepreneurship through training and guidance, giving high-quality guidance through the excellent entrepreneurial tutor teams, promoting innovation and entrepreneurship through practical training platforms, and promoting the development of entrepreneurial chains through a good ecological environment.
