The Application of Seminar-Style Teaching Method in Cultivation of Landscape Architecture Graduate Students of Professional——Take the Course of the Planning and Theory of Ecological Area as an Example

Abstract: In order to improve the teaching effect and the initiative participation of students,the course of “The Planning and Theory of Ecological Area” has introduced the seminar-style teaching method. This teaching method can highlight the dominant position of students, cultivates students' ability to study independently, analyze problems and cooperate with others, and it can also improve the comprehensive quality of students. Combined with the course content, this paper introduces the implementation process of seminar-style teaching method and the application in this course in recent two years, then it points out the problems that need to pay attention in the teaching process of seminar-style teaching.
