Research on the Talent Training of Hotel Management Major in Higher Vocational Colleges Based on the Development Mode of Human Resources——Taking H Vocational College in Zhejiang Province as an Example

Abstract

Abstract: The enrollment expansion of higher vocational education challenges the original talent training mode. This paper discusses the talent training mode of hotel management expansion. Referring to the human resource development mode, this paper constructs a five stage talent training mode of hotel management enrollment expansion major, which includes "demand assessment, setting training objectives, planning training programs, implementing training programs, and evaluating training programs", it improves the quality of professional personnel training and the ability to serve the local.
