Construction of Talent Cultivation System for Robotics Engineering Major in Energy and Power Universities under the Background of New Productive Forces

Abstract: Against the backdrop of new productive forces, the energy and power industry has put forward new demands for professionals in robotics engineering. This paper delves into how energy and power universities can construct a robotics engineering talent cultivation system that adapts to the development of new productive forces. Starting from aspects such as professional positioning, curriculum design, practical teaching, and faculty team building, it analyzes the existing problems, and proposes targeted reform measures. The aim is to cultivate high-quality robotics engineering professionals with innovative capabilities, practical skills, and interdisciplinary knowledge, so as to meet the needs of the intelligent and automated development of the energy and power industry and promote the development and application of new productive forces in this field.
