Abstract: Driven by economic globalization and the wave of digitization, the demand for language talents in various industries is undergoing profound changes, and traditional single language ability training can no longer meet the society's demand for multilingual talents. The collaborative cultivation of multilingual talents by relevant government departments, universities, and enterprises (government, school and enterprise) is the key measure to meeting social needs. This article analyzes the current situation of multilingual talents cultivation, summarizes the difficulties encountered, and proposes an innovative path for government school enterprise collaboration in cultivating multilingual talents: strengthening resource sharing, improving cooperation mechanisms, negotiating talent training plans, and empowering the entire process of talent training with AI (artificial intelligence) technology, effectively promoting the development of multilingual talent training towards the direction of“multilingual + professional skills”, and providing reference for high-quality training of multilingual talents in China.
