As China's railway industry enters a new phase of rapid development, the cultivation of railway dispatching personnel faces new challenges. Traditional teaching models are plagued by difficulties in concretizing abstract concepts, and a disconnect between theory and practice. This results in prolonged adaptation periods for graduates entering the workforce, failing to meet the industry's urgent demand for highly skilled, application-oriented professionals. In response, this paper proposes a tripartite teaching reform model integrating“theoretical foundation, practice empowerment, and simulation enhancement”. This model utilizes Taiyuan North Station as a practical platform, incorporating frontline dispatch experience. Leveraging OpenTrack simulation technology, it constructs a railway hub dispatch model to achieve dynamic simulation, optimization validation, and risk pre-assessment of dispatch plans. Ultimately, it forms a closed-loop teaching system encompassing“theoretical learning, experience transfer, simulation training, and competency development”. Teaching practices demonstrate that this model significantly deepens students'systematic understanding of dispatch knowledge, effectively enhances their practical operational skills, emergency response capabilities, and innovative thinking, providing a scientific and operable new pathway for cultivating talent in railway transportation-related disciplines.

Driven by new quality productive forces, industry-education integration, as a key mechanism for enhancing education quality, urgently requires systematic reconstruction. Taking Shanghai Business School as a case, this paper analyzes its practical approach to building an industry-education integration ecosystem. Through top-level design, the school establishes the principle of“professional clusters aligned with industry chains”, constructs modern industrial college clusters and skill competition bases, and promotes deep collaboration between schools and enterprises. Relying on the“five commons”collaborative model, it achieves joint planning, resource sharing, faculty co-training, shared employment responsibilities, and evaluation sharing, precisely matching talent cultivation with industry demands. In terms of technology, the school utilizes AI and big data to develop the “S·AI”virtual tutoring platform, innovating a three-stage practice system of“cognition-specialization-graduation”to form an intelligent talent development model. Practice shows that the school has achieved significant results in talent cultivation, industry-academia cooperation, and institutional development, forming a novel ecosystem optimization model that provides both theoretical and practical references for applied universities to deepen industry-education integration.

This article analyzes the implementation effectiveness of the“three-step six link”teaching model based on PAD (Presentation Assistance Discussion) in finance courses. Firstly, the theoretical basis and current application status of PAD teaching mode were introduced, and it was compared with other teaching modes. On the basis of PAD mode teaching theory, an innovative teaching mode of“three-step six-link”is proposed. Finally, based on the teaching practice of the finance course, the expected effects of implementing this model were elaborated. The research results show that this model can help teachers transition from the role of“lecturer”to“guide”, while effectively stimulating students'interest in learning, improving their self-learning ability and teamwork ability, and effectively enhancing teacher-student interaction and classroom participation.

In response to the persistent problems in the materials and testing course, such as the disconnection between theory and scientific research practice, weak hands-on and data interpretation training for students, and insufficient cultivation of innovative thinking, this paper, based on the author's long-term research accumulation, promotes the course to shift from knowledge imparting to the cultivation of scientific research literacy. The core of the reform is student-oriented, and it is advanced through three aspects: content reorganization, method innovation, and evaluation optimization, solving the problem of the separation between theoretical courses and scientific research practice. Specifically, real scientific research problems and testing cases are integrated throughout the teaching, a“field observation - case discussion - project practice”three-in-one teaching model is constructed, and a diversified evaluation system emphasizing process and ability is implemented. Practice shows that this reform effectively stimulates students'interest in scientific research and innovative ability, improves the standardization of instrument operation and the depth of data analysis, providing a feasible path for cultivating students with scientific research potential, and also offers beneficial references for the reform of practical professional courses.

ObjectiveTo explore the application effect of BOPPPS combined with scenario simulation teaching method in the nursing comprehensive practical training course. MethodsA total of 233 undergraduate nursing students from four classes of the 2022 grade were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group by cluster sampling. The experimental group was taught using the BOPPPS combined with scenario simulation teaching method, while the control group was taught using the traditional“demonstration - practice - review - assessment”teaching method. The teaching effects were evaluated by comparing the skill assessment scores, job competence levels and learning initiative of the two groups. ResultsThe scores of the experimental group in the individual operation assessments such as aseptic technique, intradermal injection and intramuscular injection, and intravenous infusion, as well as the total score in the case assessment, were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). Meanwhile, the job competence levels and learning initiative scores of the experimental group were also significantly better than those of the control group (P<0.05). ConclusionThe BOPPPS combined with scenario simulation teaching method can significantly improve the clinical practice skills, job competence, and active learning state of undergraduate nursing students. It can help cultivate applied nursing talents with all-round development in knowledge, skills and qualities, who can precisely meet practical needs.

In the new era where industrial upgrading and the demand for lifelong learning are intertwined, the integration of vocational and continuing education for innovation and entrepreneurship in open education serves as a crucial link between talent cultivation and industrial innovation. Centering on this proposition, based on the contemporary value of serving the national innovation-driven development strategy, breaking the problem of the separation of career and continuation, and empowering the construction of a learning society, following the principles of demand orientation, ability-based, and system collaboration, a four-dimensional education path has been explored: achieve the simultaneous cultivation of job capabilities and innovation and entrepreneurship qualities through goal integration, connect the pre-employment and post-employment learning stages through process integration, coordinate the physical and virtual spaces through resource integration, and construct a dynamic ability growth map through evaluation integration. This path, through in-depth collaboration between industry and education, effectively enhances the innovative thinking and practical abilities of talents, providing an operational education solution for regional industrial upgrading and the construction of a learning society.

In order to address the prominent contradiction that graduates majoring in carbon fiber composite materials have difficulty adapting to the actual demands of the intelligent manufacturing industry, this article starts from the fundamental issue of the disconnection between traditional material science education and the intelligent production scenarios, analyzes the deep reasons why the talent training goals lag behind the technological iteration of the industry, explores the system architecture design scheme of embedding the real intelligent manufacturing elements into the entire training process, studies the implementation path selection of the two-way integration between schools and enterprises, and constructs the method for the institutionalized operation guarantee mechanism. The research shows that this training model transforms the cutting-edge technical demands of the industry into operational teaching carriers, promoting the transformation of students'engineering practice ability training from passive adaptation to active alignment.
