    With the advent of the new media era, there are more and more seductive factors to attract the attention of college students. Procrastination has become a common behavior of college students, which often leads to poor academic performance, fear of difficulties, vicious circle of inferiority complex and so on. Based on the analysis of the three factors affecting college students' network procrastination, learning procrastination and interpersonal procrastination, this paper puts forward three magic weapons: PDCA cycle method, management time and sacred pause method to solve the procrastination of college students, and calls on the relevant functional departments of the school to join in order to combat the procrastination of college students.

    Econometrics has become one of the commonly offered courses in the curriculum system of economics and management majors in universities. The construction of the "Golden Course" based on the standard of "high order, innovative, and challenging" has achieved innovative integration of online and offline teaching, providing scientific guidance for econometric teaching, and the integration of online and offline can also promote the effectiveness of the integration of the "high order, innovative, and challenging" standard. Through a questionnaire survey of 94 students majoring in economics in 2018 in the Business School of Guilin University of Electronic Technology, this paper explores the integration effect of the "high order, innovative, and challenging" standard in the teaching process of econometrics under the mixed teaching mode. The results show that students have a higher enthusiasm for participating in the blended learning model and can acquire more knowledge and abilities from it. At the same time, the effect of "high order, innovative, and challenging" is significant, but the quality of students' online learning needs to be improved. In order to address the limitations of traditional courses and continue to deepen integration into the "high order, innovative, and challenging" standards, it is necessary to combine practical curriculum design planning and implementation routes, and endow the curriculum with moderate high order, innovative, and challenging.

    Objective To understand the relationship between the development of college students' early exercise activities, study fatigue and mental work ability, provides the necessary theoretical basis and reference for promoting the physical and mental health of college students and promoting the healthy development of early exercise activities in higher vocational colleges. Methods A total of 102 students were randomly divided into the intervention group (early exercise group) and the control group (early exercise group). The study fatigue and mental work ability curve of different periods of the whole day were measured by dose exercise test (school word method), and the possible influencing factors of study fatigue were investigated with a self-designed questionnaire. Results After 4 weeks of intervention, there were statistically significant differences in morning work speed, error rate and IMC index between the intervention group and the control group (P<0.05). The IMC index of both groups was the highest before class 1 and class 5, and the lowest after class 4 in the morning and class 8 in the afternoon. Conclusion Study fatigue is common among medical students in this school. Early exercise can improve students' mental work ability, especially the study state and study fatigue in the morning.

The paper focuses on the students majoring in art and design, systematically expounds the current situation of the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in art and design, and analyzes the key issues in the process of their integration and development. Starting from the existing problems, combined with the characteristics of the discipline and the characteristics of innovation and entrepreneurship education, this paper further discusses the necessity of integrating the OBE education concept into the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents of art design majors in colleges and universities.     With the development of society, ethical issues are increasingly highlighted in many engineering projects.     The ability to innovate and start a business is an important ability that college graduates need to improve. How to improve the entrepreneurial ability of college students is an important content that our universities are exploring and studying. This article puts forward the concept of entrepreneurial ability and entrepreneurial ability through analyzing the entrepreneurial process of entrepreneurs and combining literature review, social research and theoretical analysis. This paper analyzes the constituent elements of college students ' entrepreneurial ability. It is believed that entrepreneurship can be defined as the ability of an entrepreneur to discover or create a new field, understand new things or create new things, and be able to fully utilize and exploit various resources to develop them, thus creating new products. Including entrepreneurship quality and entrepreneurial skills, entrepreneurs must first have entrepreneurial quality, and then make full use of various resources, develop strategies and implement strategies to achieve commitments to related companies(or companies) or organizations(entrepreneurial skills).     Mental health and educational strategies of adolescents from divorced families have attracted much attention. Based on the qualitative research paradigm, qualitative data were collected and analyzed by case-control study, targeted sampling and thematic analysis to understand the impact of parents' divorce on adolescent mental health. The results show that parents' divorce is not the direct cause of adolescents' psychological problems. Life adjustment of divorced parents and social support of divorced families are important factors affecting the mental health of adolescents. This paper argues that the negative influence of parents' divorce on their children is limited, and puts forward the countermeasures of mental health education for divorced families based on the system theory.

Principles of chemical engineering is a specialized basic course for chemical engineering related majors in universities. There are common problems in teaching, such as outdated courseware and weak links with subsequent majors, which lead to reduced interest among students and unsatisfactory teaching quality.     With the advent of the digital age, higher education is gradually moving from offline classroom teaching to online and offline blended teaching, which puts forward higher requirements for college students'digital learning ability. On the basis of combing and reviewing the existing research, this study constructs a model of college students'digital learning ability from four aspects: digital learning technology, digital learning behavior, digital learning management and digital learning consciousness. Through the investigation of 388 students in the university in Xi'an, this study finds that the digital learning ability of students in this university has a large room for improvement, and the digital learning ability of students in different grades, majors and digital learning frequency is different. This study provides analysis tools and application examples for in-depth analysis of college students'digital learning ability.
