    In response to the assessment and evaluation of mixed courses in local undergraduate university, a formative evaluation system for courses has been constructed based on the OBE concept, which including evaluation methods, evaluation content, evaluation standards, and continuous improvement. And the specific implementation methods and continuous improvement measures for course teaching assessment and evaluation have been developed. The practical results indicate that this evaluation system can effectively stimulate students’learning initiative, help them understanding their own shortcomings in the learning process, improving their engineering practice and innovation abilities, promoting mutual learning and progress between teachers and students, and the effective achievement of curriculum teaching objectives. The research results have been promoted and applied in the teaching of engineering hybrid courses in Nanchang Institute of Technology, and have certain reference value.

    The professional degree postgraduate education is the focus of the current reform and development of postgraduate education, postgraduate education in public administration is an important part of postgraduate education with professional degrees, it is still faced with difficulties such as light theoretical application of curriculum setting, single teaching form, insufficient condensation of characteristics, and poor implementation of the“double tutor system”. This paper selects 18 training units for master's degree in public administration in Shanghai as the research object, combined with questionnaires and field interviews, systematic analysis of the current situation of training talents with master's degree in public administration. On this basis, we put forward countermeasures and suggestions for talent training from the aspects of building a diversified practical teaching model, promoting the application of full-case teaching, condensing the characteristics of talent training by relying on the advantages of disciplines and location, and implementing the“double tutor system”throughout the whole process.

    Under the current social background of“mass entrepreneurship and innovation”, entrepreneurship has become a career choice for many vocational college students after graduation. As one of the main bsses for cultivating vocational talents in the country, higher vocational colleges involve a lot of vocational education in their teaching, providing a good foundation for students to start their own businesses. Entrepreneurial mentors can provide effective guidance for students’entrepreneurship, and the guidance ability of entrepreneurial mentors affects the effectiveness of catrepreneurship among vocat ional collegc students. Although some achievements have been made in the development of vocational education in China, and new paths have been gradually explored in the allocation of entrepreneurial mentors, there are still some problems in the actual work of entrepreneurial mentors due to their limited business level. Under the new situation, entrepreneurial mentors need to constantly update knowledge structure and improve their entrepreneurial guidance ability, so as to improve the quality and effectiveness of entrepreneurial guidance.     Matching with the new quality productivity are strategic talents who can create new quality productivity and applied talents who can master new quality means of production. Under the requirement of new quality productivity, it is more necessary to cultivate students'innovative thinking and action logic ability. Innovative operation management puts more emphasis on innovation including new management concepts, creative interaction, new markets and new values. Therefore, the course design for innovative operation management should have an innovation-oriented systematic design from the concept of thinking and management knowledge, emphasizing the mutual unity of theory and practicality. And emphasize the unity of theory and practicality. Based on the characteristics of innovative management courses, it is proposed to integrate innovative thinking and management knowledge, integrate students'needs and educators'inspirations, stimulate students'interests, grasp students' needs, use diversified teaching methods, and carry out comprehensive teaching concepts and logical cycles of thinking in terms of innovative concepts, knowledge and practice. The open interactive teaching mode should be considered from three aspects: subject openness, content and method openness, and site openness. The teaching method of designing seven links, including teaching, lecturing, guiding, doing, questioning, evaluating and correcting, and two loops consisting of an integrated closed loop, has effectively improved the teaching effect of the innovative operation management course.

While considering the common law of innovation and entrepreneurship education, we should adhere to the combination of innovation and entrepreneurship education and professional education, integrate all kinds of Chinese medicine innovation and entrepreneurship resources.     From the perspective of on-site engineer training in the intelligent manufacturing industry, in-depth research has been conducted on the current demand for talents in the industry. It has been found that the current talent training model generally faces problems such as insufficient implementation of the dual training mechanism between schools and enterprises, imbalanced positioning of talent training goals and demand matching, and a lack of correlation between curriculum design and professional core competencies. The article takes the training of intelligent manufacturing on-site engineers at Changzhou Vocational Institute of Industry Technology as an example, and explores and practices the talent training of intelligent manufacturing on-site engineers from the dimensions of establishing a school enterprise collaborative education mechanism, school enterprise collaborative talent training program, and school enterprise collaborative course resources. The results show that under the“school enterprise dual education”model, the training of intelligent manufacturing on-site engineers has a clear training path, teaching is tailored to real scenarios, evaluation systems are three-dimensional and multi-dimensional, and student skills are significantly improved.

    In the context of deepening the reform of education evaluation in the new era, this article analyzes the problems existing in the evaluation of entrepreneurship education and proposes targeted improvement measures. Firstly, it points out the current problems in evaluation methods, including insufficient comprehensiveness of evaluation indicators, single evaluation subjects, lack of diversity in evaluation methods, and the need to strengthen the construction of course teaching staff. To address these issues, the paper proposes reform ideas such as improving the evaluation system, emphasizing formative assessment, establishing a new evaluation system with diverse subjects, fostering an evaluation perspective that promotes comprehensive development of students'innovative and entrepreneurial qualities, and strengthening the construction of teaching staff. Finally, the paper designs an evaluation index system consisting of five primary indicators and multiple secondary and tertiary indicators. Through these measures, the paper aims to enhance the quality of entrepreneurship education and cultivate applied talents with practical abilities and innovative entrepreneurial literacy.

    With the increasing popularity of online teaching, online teaching has been vigorously promoted, and classroom teaching is no longer only conducted offline. There is a prominent contradiction between students’learning and work in open education, and the blended teaching model combining online and offline modes can break the constraints of time and space, making it easier for students and teachers to accept. In order to more accurately evaluate the teaching effectiveness of blended learning mode, the article introduces the Kirkpatrick four level model, which plays an important role in the field of evaluation. The experiment compares the Coriolis model with the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) model commonly used in evaluation. The results show that the weights of various indicators in the Koch model and AHP model in the mixed teaching effectiveness evaluation system are quite close, and the Koch model has a high credibility of teaching effectiveness. Compared with the AHP model, the Koch model is clearer and simpler.

    In response to a series of practical problems encountered in the teaching process of automotive courses, combined with the core concept of engineering education certification, guided by the direction of“moral education first, student-centered, result oriented, and continuous improvement”, through the integration of course content with“constant lectures, constant updates, and flesh and blood”, the reform of course evaluation system with“multiple evaluations and full process tracking”, and the hybrid teaching mode with“online and offline, in class and extracurricular”, the practical problems in course teaching are effectively solved. Through reform, students'self-learning, practical innovation, and sustainable development abilities have been enhanced, and teachers'teaching abilities have also been enhanced, achieving mutual learning and teaching.

    This paper combines the BOPPPS teaching model and the OBE concept to propose a student-centered and outcome-oriented teaching model for the housing architecture course. This model achieves the change of learning center and focuses on the overall development of students by reconstructing teaching modules, optimizing practical teaching and rebuilding the course evaluation system. In addition, it concentrates on cultivating the comprehensive analytical ability, architectural design literacy and reading and drawing ability on the construction plans. Besides, students can deepen the understanding of the correlation between the civil engineering major and building architecture course. This paper ensures students’systematic mastery of housing architecture knowledge and develops their critical thinking and innovation ability. The model not only emphasizes students'understanding and application of knowledge, but also focuses on the cultivation of practical skills, laying a solid foundation for students’future career development.

    The digital transformation of education is an inevitable choice to deepen the integration of digital technology and education, and it is also an important path to promote future education innovation and change. As an important basic course in vocational colleges, the teaching mode of higher mathematics also needs to keep up with the times to adapt to the changes in student learning methods and needs. This article focuses on the characteristics and basic learning situation of higher mathematics courses in vocational colleges. Starting from five aspects: online teaching resource construction, pre class, in class, post class, and assessment evaluation, a hybrid teaching mode based on the“chaoxing learning pass”platform combining online and offline is designed, and this teaching mode is applied to actual daily teaching. Research has found that this teaching model plays a significant role in enhancing students'interest in learning and cultivating their self-learning ability. The research results can provide reference for promoting educational reform and teaching model innovation in vocational colleges.

    The construction of entrepreneurship education teaching staff is a key factor affecting the development of entrepreneurship education. As the birthplace of global entrepreneurship education, American universities have accumulated rich experience, especially in the construction of teaching staff, which is worth learning from in China. Three universities with different modes of entrepreneurship education, namely Babson College, Stanford University and Harvard University, have achieved remarkable results in the development of entrepreneurship education and are representatives of entrepreneurship education in American universities. Based on the theory of teacher professional development, this study investigates the experience and practices of three American universities in the recruitment, training, and incentive safeguard of entrepreneurship teachers, the beneficial experience of analyzing the construction of entrepreneurship education faculty in American universities is demanding recruitment.

    The rapid development of emerging engineering education has been leading the reform and innovation for talent cultivation mode in university education of China. Meanwhile, to accelerate the goal of a powerful ocean country also requires more top-notch innovative talents who are qualified of the future leading edge about marine industry. The system of major courses is an important key both for undergraduate education and promotion of academic disciplines. In response to the higher requirements of ocean engineering and technology in new eras, the Ocean College in Zhejiang University has clarified the necessity of reform on the major training program under the guidance of emerging engineering education, which focused on innovation in three aspects: to improve the quality and reduce the quantity of whole courses, to construct hierarchical core-course groups, and to design AI-related courses for intelligent marine technology. In conclusion, such a reform aims to better meet the talent demands for future ocean development.
