    In view of the complicated question and answer system in the process of data statistics, this paper discusses the question and answer system of the data collection and management platform for talent training in higher vocational schools based on the LLM model of GPT mode. The three learning processes of the LLM model question answering system based on the GPT mode include the training supervision strategy model, the training reward model and the use of PPO algorithm to fine-tune the SFT model. The construction of the question and answer system involves the construction of the thinking chain in five aspects: the school's comprehensive data and information index, the faculty's data index, the student's situation data index, the professional school-running data index, and the industry-teaching integration data index, which builds the basic framework for the accurate construction of the logical system.

    Outcome Based Education is a kind of educational concept oriented by students' learning outcomes, it forms a process of continuous improvement, in this process, it is necessary to establish an effective evaluation mechanism to ensure the realization of curriculum objectives and graduation requirements. Based on the concept of OBE education and the analysis of the problems existing in the current assessment system of professional courses, this paper constructs a diversified assessment system of synoptic meteorology course based on the evaluation of the degree of achievement of curriculum objectives. Based on specific objectives, diversification of teaching activities and diversified teaching methods, examining ways, from the objective to achieve dimension evaluation, get the evaluation result more scientific and objective, to improve curriculum of high order, innovative and challenges has a good role in promoting, also more conducive to the implementation of continuous improvement, agreed to provide powerful support for graduation requirements.

Starting from the employment needs of enterprises and public institutions, this paper analyzes the training path of high-quality interdisciplinary talents, explores the talent training mode oriented to new engineering disciplines and multidisciplinary integration, and analyzes the employment situation of intelligent construction specialty based on the orientation of training objectives, the reconstruction of curriculum system, interdisciplinary integration, the improvement of practical teaching platform construction, the development and construction of teachers, and the in-depth cooperation between schools and enterprises.     This article based on the idea of online and offline mixed teaching, combining online teaching based on Superstar platform with classroom, the teaching model of“online instruction → offline questioning → intensive teaching + white space → online discussion”is proposed. Online learning guidance can guide students to preview and learn knowledge before class, and offline questioning can test and supervise the preview before class. In the intensive and blank parts, teachers only explain the framework, key points and difficulties of knowledge, and leave the blank content for students' independent learning and internalization. Online discussion provides a space for discussion and communication among students. The integration of online and PAD classroom effectively avoids a full classroom, leaving time for students to internalize and absorb, and improving the efficiency of teaching and learning. In addition, every time students learn, there will be data feedback, according to which teachers can improve teaching methods and improve teaching efficiency.

    Ocean engineering and technology is an interdisciplinary subject. The existing practice teaching has gradually changed from employment orientation to innovation and entrepreneurship orientation. How to integrate the educational idea of innovation and entrepreneurship into the practice teaching of marine engineering and technology specialty and create a new practice training education system has become an important topic of marine related specialty.     Based on the perspective of new engineering, led by industry, and surround closely three basis points which include endemicity, applied-type and service, comprehensive specialty reforms are deepened, the orientation of engineering ability training connotation of mechanical applied talents are proposed and carried through to the whole process of talent training. By means of re-constructing the talent training programs, establishing the“four plus four”mode of school-government-enterprise cooperative education, building the engineering ability training practice platforms, building the“dual-qualification”specialized teaching staff to guide mechanical specialties to switch their educational ideas to industry-education linkage, to school-enterprise cooperation, to training the applied talents, to improving the quality of employment for graduates.     With the advent of the digital age, higher education is gradually moving from offline classroom teaching to online and offline blended teaching, which puts forward higher requirements for college students'digital learning ability. On the basis of combing and reviewing the existing research, this study constructs a model of college students'digital learning ability from four aspects: digital learning technology, digital learning behavior, digital learning management and digital learning consciousness. Through the investigation of 388 students in the university in Xi'an, this study finds that the digital learning ability of students in this university has a large room for improvement, and the digital learning ability of students in different grades, majors and digital learning frequency is different. This study provides analysis tools and application examples for in-depth analysis of college students'digital learning ability.

    Ordinary differential equation is a closely integrated discipline of applied mathematics and pure mathematics, it’s a basic course for mathematics majors and one of the teaching module of advanced mathematics for science and engineering compulsory courses. We reformed the teaching mode under the guidance of the OBE concept and the problem existing in the teaching process, based on the new model of the BOPPPS and PAD classroom, this paper showed the design of teaching unit about“the first order linear differential equation and their applications”. On the foundation of effective teaching structure, we led students to take part in learning process and improve the learning effect. In the end, we gathered up the effect and feedback of the teaching reform.

    Aiming at the outstanding problems facing the engineering talents cultivation of mechanical specialty in domestic colleges and universities, this paper takes the national major strategic demand as the guidance, takes the connotation construction of mechanical specialty as the breakthrough, deepens the integration of mechanical disciplines with other disciplines, and is based on the concept of combining scientific research drive with talent cultivation.“3+1+X”bachelor-master-doctor through training mode for mechanical specialty was explored. In view of the problems such as inadaptability of research direction and undergraduate professional knowledge, repetition of courses or teaching contents, improper connection of training links or courses to a certain extent, insufficient knowledge breadth and depth, etc., which bachelor-master-doctor has trained in all stages of“4+3+3”, combining the characteristics and discipline advantages of mechanical specialty, taking into account such links as theoretical courses, experimental courses, practice base training and international exchange, teaching and scientific research forces are optimized. The implementation path of the interdisciplinary and longitudinal progressive integrated course of mechanical specialty, undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral degree has been constructed, which provides beneficial exploration for the reform of the pass-through talent training mode.

    Education, industry, and scientific research are the three major resources for modern professional talent cultivation.     The reform of vocational education is imminent, and the core of the reform lies in the training and export of compound and practical talents. The implementation of "1+X" certificate system is a firm step forward in the reform of vocational education, and also an inevitable choice to better meet the needs of job positions in vocational education practice.     According to the actual running of ICT majors in local comprehensive colleges and universities, combined with the measures taken by ICT majors in innovative practice education in Xichang University, this paper analyzes the main reasons for students' insufficient innovative practical ability. The paper explores the introduction of various subject competition projects into practical teaching, promotes classroom teaching reform and promotes teaching content innovation. It gives full play to the effort of subject competition resources through the“linkage between competition and teaching”to form an effective innovative practical teaching mode and improve the practical innovation ability of ICT major students in local comprehensive universities.

    It is an urgent need for the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education to establish a practical teaching system of integration of professional education and innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges. Based on the orientation of Central South Forestry University of Science and Technology, taking the chemical industry of forest products major as an example, the professional practice teaching system which is named as“one center and six aspects”is formed through teaching content, teaching resources, courses for ideological or political education, teaching methods, teacher construction, and teaching evaluation. It have formed a two-way linkage mechanism between practice and ideological and political education; a target achievement mechanism of“project implementation-innovation and entrepreneurship competition-achievement transformation”; a long-term teaching mechanism of“combination of science and education, cooperation between major and enterprises”to improve engineering practice ability of college students. The implementation of the practical teaching system has improved college students' ability to solve complex engineering problems, promoted the integration of professional learning and innovation and entrepreneurship, strengthened the connec twn between theoretical knowledge and practical application, promoted the accumulation of teaching achievements and teaching resources, and provided support for achieving the goal of major talent training.

    The studio of the department of furniture design major based on OBE concept is a useful carrier for innovative design works, as well as a benefit teaching format and a good complement to the traditional classes, the construction of the studio needs to clarify the goal of training, create a multi-level and multi-dimensional training platform, and build a training system in collaboration with industry and learning. The innovative studio follows the law of teaching is learning, people-oriented teaching organization, project-driven training method to promote learning by competition and evaluation mechanism with both rewards and punishments, which plays an important role in improving students' practical ability, innovative ability and professional quality.     Carrying out innovation and entrepreneurship education and professional education in universities should be integrated into the context of ideological and political education, exploring research innovation in colleges and universities entrepreneurship education and curriculum education deeply integrated teaching mode innovation path, and analyzes the practice conditions, formulate practices.     With the development of higher mathematics course reform, it is imperative to construct a scientific and reasonable evaluation system of students' knowledge mastery and innovation ability. This paper uses analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to set up the evaluation model of higher mathematics course performance, and makes a comprehensive evaluation of 9 index factors under the three criteria of class performance, examination performance and extended performance, and the corresponding weights of each index factor were determined based on the questionnaire data of the students in the class. The results show that besides the final examination results, the course report, group discussion and participation in the competition have a higher influence on the students' comprehensive scores. On these grounds, some suggestions are put forward to promote the reform of course teaching and meet the training goal of applied talents.

    The advent of the fourth scientific and technological revolution and the rapid development of a new generation of optoelectronic information technology have put forward new requirements for cultivating innovative and technical graduate students in electronic information fields. As an essential guarantee for cultivating engineering and technological talents with vital innovation and entrepreneurship capabilities for economic and social development, new engineering is an important foundation for developing high-tech industries in our country during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period. This paper takes the microfluidic chip technology and application course as an example, it analyzes the problems in the current traditional engineering course under the guidance of the characteristics and requirements in the construction of new engineering. On this basis, combined with the characteristics and advantages of the major in the fields of marine, marine, and environmental engineering, we propose the implementation path to improve the teaching effect from three aspects: course content, teaching method, and assessment method. The relevant results provide a reference for optimizing the teaching mode by combining theory and practice under the new engineering background, furthermore, it also improves postgraduates' training quality and talent competitiveness in information and communication technology.
