Research on Innovative Design of Career Planning Curriculum in Sports Vocational Colleges Based on Four Dimensions of Career Adaptability

Abstract: This article integrates the four dimensions of career attention, career curiosity, career confidence, and career control in career adaptability into the career planning courses of sports vocational colleges, and explores innovative curriculum design; Elaborate on the connotation of the four dimensions and their compatibility with the curriculum, innovate from the aspects of teaching objectives (knowledge, ability, quality) and content (four modular designs), aiming to cultivate students'ability to cope with the changes in the sports industry and achieve the integration of students'career growth with industry needs. Research has shown that this design provides a scientific framework and practical paradigm for the reform of vocational planning courses in sports related vocational colleges, which can effectively enhance students'competitiveness in employment and their ability for sustainable career development.
