Exploration on the Teaching Mode of Urban and Rural Planning Specialty Based on the Integration of Specialization and Innovation——A Case Study of Tarim University

Abstract: With the continuous promotion of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation", "integration of professional innovation" has become the current trend of the reform of professional talent training in colleges and universities. Taking the urban and rural planning major of Tarim University as an example, based on the "integration of expertise and innovation", this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of talent training, and strives to reform and explore the teaching mode of urban and rural planning major from three aspects: improving the understanding and participation of "integration of expertise and innovation", actively building a platform, promoting the transformation of achievements, strengthening school enterprise cooperation, and realizing the direct connection between talents and enterprises.
