Abstract: It is an inevitable requirement and for colleges and universities to construct the innovative talent training paradigm of “dare to venture and be creative”, and it is also an inevitable trend of higher education reform. On the basis of analyzing the necessity of the reform of the talent training paradigm of “dare to venture and be creative”, this paper constructs the talent training paradigm of “dare to venture and be creative”, which is based on the integration of specialty and creativity, and from the aspects of engineering the teaching idea, focusing on the training goal of “dare to venture and be creative”, promoting innovation and pioneering into professional education, innovating and pioneering education throughout the whole life of students, perfecting the practical support system for talent training, etc. , the basic strategies for implementing the teaching reform under the new paradigm of “dare to venture and be creative” and create talents are put forward, to provide reference for the reform and innovation of colleges and universities.
