Research on the Governance Mechanism of the Joint Training Base of Industry-Educationintegration Professional Degrees Students with the Collaborative Participation of Stakeholders

Abstract: The joint training base is an important carrier of cultivating innovation and practice for the professional degree students. The level of construction is the key to ensure the quality of professional degree students' cultivation. In this paper, the stakeholders of the joint training base for professional degree students with industry-education integration are defined and classified. Then, the problems of joint training base construction with the collaborative participation of stakeholders are analyzed. Furthermore, the construction of a joint governance mechanism combining external and internal governance is proposed. This mechanism includes a management and operation mechanism with stakeholder collaboration, and an incentive mechanism to strengthen the demands of stakeholders. It provides guiding suggestions for promoting the construction of joint training bases for full-time professional degree students.
