Abstract: At present, there is a coupling dilemma between the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in colleges and the needs of rural revitalization strategies. To this end, colleges and universities should promote the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education with a new thinking paradigm, start from the actual needs of rural revitalization, reform the existing cultivation system and mechanism, carry out individualized education, integrated training, three-dimensional delivery, and full-service services, and explore "Mentor group guidance + student innovation and entrepreneurship team + subject competition + scientific research + innovation and entrepreneurship practice" five-in-one "integration of mentoring, competition, research and innovation" high-quality innovation and entrepreneurship talent training model, providing talent guarantee for the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy, provide intellectual support for the realization of the goal of socialist modernization and power.
