Abstract: With the transformation of economic structure and technological progress, the country has an urgent need for applied talents and also brings new opportunities and challenges. The school of physics and electronic engineering of our university will establish the training concept of "dual-track combination", and construct the innovative talent training approach of "one goal and three progressive". By adjusting the curriculum system, implementing the dual-tutor-training mode and building the practice center platform of school enterprise cooperation, the applied talent training mode is explored and practiced to improve the comprehensive quality of students and teaching quality.
