Research on the Training System of “Six-in-One”Engineering Machinery Innovation and Entrepreneurship Talents

Abstract

Abstract: In order to solve the problems in the process of talent training in construction machinery field, such as low enthusiasm for innovation and entrepreneurship in difficult areas and industries, low comprehensive practical ability of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship and insufficient collaborative effect of education and so on. The integration and collaborative education mechanism of multi-disciplinary and multi-department innovation and entrepreneurship education resources were explored. It proposes a six-in-one system for cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents that integrates ideological and political education, curriculum teaching and entrepreneurship cultivation. The talent training system of one breakthrough, two promotions and three integrations for college students innovation and entrepreneurship is gradually constructed and implemented, including ideological and political penetration, ability training and double promotion of entrepreneurship and literacy, and the integration of science and education, production and education and multidisciplinary integration. The core value shaping, professional knowledge imparting and double innovation ability training are realized in the same direction of peer teaching mode.
